We use Meta (Facebook) Pixel to track page visits and donation events so we can measure the effectiveness of our campaign. Meta may collect cookies and device information through this data. You can manage your consent via the cookie banner.

7. Data Retention

We retain donor data in accordance with Indian tax and compliance requirements (typically 7 years). After that, it is securely deleted.

By using this website and our donation services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Donation Rules

• Donations must be made voluntarily and without any pressure.
• The donor must be at least 18 years old or donate with a guardian's consent.
• The donation amount must come from the donor's own legitimate funds.

2. Campaign Purpose

Funds raised under the "Save A Father's Only Son" campaign will be used for the patient's medical treatment, medicines, and related needs.

3. Fund Utilization

The donation amount will be used only for the specified purpose. If more than the target amount is raised, the surplus will be used for similar medical assistance in line with the NGO's transparent policies.

4. NGO Responsibilities

• Ensuring proper and transparent use of donations
• Providing receipts to donors
• Sharing campaign updates from time to time
• Publishing only verified documentary evidence

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Razorpay. Razorpay is subject to its own terms of service. Any payment disputes will be governed by Razorpay and bank procedures.

6. Donor Responsibilities

• Providing accurate and valid information
• Avoiding unauthorized or fraudulent payments
• Reporting any suspicious activity

7. Liability

The NGO shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, to the maximum extent mandated by law.

A donation is a voluntary contribution. This policy explains the circumstances under which a refund is possible.

1. Duplicate Transactions

If a technical error causes the same donation to be processed twice, the duplicate amount can be refunded. Send details of both transactions with your request.

2. Failed Transactions

If the amount was debited from your account but the donation does not appear successful, Razorpay and your bank should automatically refund it within 3-7 business days. If not, please notify us.

3. Unauthorized Payments

If you believe an unauthorized donation was made from your account, notify your bank and us immediately. We will investigate in coordination with Razorpay.

4. Refund Request Procedure

5. Processing Time

• "Change of mind" after a successful donation is not a valid refund reason
• If the amount has already been used for the patient's treatment
• Requests made after the time limit

7. Tax Exemption Note

If a donation claiming 80G tax exemption is refunded, the exemption certificate may be cancelled. We do not guarantee automatic tax exemption — it depends on confirmation by the Income Tax Department.

1. Information Accuracy

The campaign information on this website is provided to assist donors. Medical details, hospital information, treatment estimates, etc. are published only on the basis of verified documents. Information tagged "Verification Pending" is not yet fully authenticated.

2. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee the outcome of a donation (such as improvement in the patient's health). Medical outcomes depend on the patient's condition, severity of illness, and clinical factors.

3. Fund Allocation

If more than the target amount is raised or the patient's treatment is no longer possible, the remaining amount will be used by the NGO for similar medical assistance, in line with transparent policies.

4. Third-Party Services

Payments are handled by Razorpay, analytics by Meta Pixel — these third-party services are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

5. Donation Receipt

After successful payment, the receipt will be sent to your email. Please ensure you have entered the correct email.
